England Athletics

The structure of UK Athletics requires the club to affiliate to England Athletics.
http://www.englandathletics.org/east/club-development/club-affiliation/

Individual members over 11 years old are also required to register with England Athletics if they wish to compete in events organised under UK Athletics rules. Members not registered with England Athletics will be required to pay increased entry fees to road races and some other events.

Eligibility for FRA championships will require either individual registration with England Athletics or FRA membership. The BOFRA championship is not registered with UK Athletics so registration is not required if this is all you wish to do.

From 1st April 2008 Helm Hill members have the option of individual registration with England Athletics as part of the membership renewal process. Please ensure that your membership and registration requirements are correct if you wish to compete in FRA and UK Athletics championship or team competitions. Failure to comply could result in individual and team disqualification so get it right.
