Relays

Mike Addison is going to put together the teams for this season's key relay races which are..........
Ian Hodgson Relay - Sun October 5th (Brotherswater)
British Relay Championships - Sun October 19th (Denbighshire)
Calderdale Relay - Sun December 14th (Halifax). This will be an interesting challenge as it's preceded by Downhill Race and the Christmas party on the 13th!
All interested in taking part should contact Mike asap. It would be great to have a strong turnout from the Club!

Races

Eaves Wood Trail Races, Silverdale - Sunday 16th November - Registration, Start and Finish at Holgates Caravan Park, Middlebarrow Plain, Silverdale. Junior races start 11.30am and Senior race 12.15pm. See flyer for more details.

Downhill Race - Fairmile (Howgills) - Sat 13th December - dowhill only race, last registration 11.30am - starts at 1 min intervals from 12 oclock. Christmas party later on in evening in Kendal.

For those not in the know this is a summer series of races with a similar format to our Winter League, junior and senior races and flagged courses.
If you want to compete for the championship you need to sign up as a member of BOFRA before the first race at Sedbergh on 17th May http://www.bofra.co.uk/membership.php If you just want an occasional race you can pay as you go and enter on the day.
