Hi all just a reminder for Long marton School run on Sunday 13th May. Registration from 11.45 first junior race 1pm followed by senior 10k at 2pm juniors aged 15+ are welcome to run the 10k if accompanied by an adult. It would be great to see lots of Helm Hill vests both junior and senior at our fund raising event. Thanks Shaun & Kim

BOFRA Races

BOFRA races follow a similar format to our own Winter League, with short flagged courses. Don't forget you need to join BOFRA if you want to run in their championship, otherwise pay as you go and run for the fun of it.
